crowers cam breaking issues scare me. had a set break once. not again. you're in a weird place compression wise. buddy club 3s come to mine. skunk 1s maybe but either is barely larger than the ITR. lot of cash for a couple hp. i have no clue how the skunk pro 1s would behave at that compression but if you're going to upgrade, that's a lot more of a step up in size. if the car is tuned on R cams already i would stay there. i just see $1000 being spent in cams and tuning for 5-8whp

well I am builing my motor so I can hit the dyno
they are the best with the right combination. save your money and time, don't get aftermarket parts. Expect a stretch slow curve and a big percentage torque loss with any other aftermarket cam or bolt ons.
Funny to me that nobody has asked about the cylinder head. You have displacement. WHY NOT do a Pro2 or M24xx?? I have a customer with smaller displacement than you with .5ish more compression than you and makes 250+ whp blowing through a CAT on pump gas using M24xx's. Why does everybody only look at compression #'s when it comes to camshafts??

keep us posted on the power difference between the R cams and pro 1s if you go that way. since you have the displacement you may get some strong results. i have no clue, am curious though.
