After 2 1/2 years I finally have a digital camera courtesy of the girlfriend, so here at long last are some pics of my R. Opinions are welcome.

Nice ride.
How come your ITR is a 00-1374 and mine is a 98-1311 ????
Very strange.

I think you are referring to the last four digits. Each year got their own set of numbers (two-number year-xxxx), 1 through x, x being however many were produced that year, or at least that is my understanding. So there is a 98-1311, 00-1311 and 01-1311. Not sure about a 97-1311. They didn't start at #0001 in 1997 and go up sequentially through 2001. They started over each year.

It's true, I've been busted on the pedals. However, it is not for ricey show, but rather heel/toe downshifting. At 6'4" it is not possible to do it the normal way, so I needed pedals that were extremely wide so that I could just lean the outside of my right foot over. Unfortunately, I did not think Mugen would cut it, so I bought these purely for function. If it helps, i did drill them into the pedals, they are not just covers. Nice spot though, and fair criticism.
Hey, that heatshield looks like mine!!! Be careful with the edges. Isolate the edges with tape so they can't cut anything....

Hey Dutch ITR,
Yes, my heatshield does look like yours. To be honest, I also have the same Injen short ram that you have, but mine is heat wrapped with a deflective tape. I figure every little bit helps. I made the heat shield since the header throws off such tremendous amounts of heat. BTW- I have the edges filed down and the corners clipped so there are no sharp edges and nothing is scraping wires or hoses. I don't think it will win any beauty contests, but go is my main goal, not show.
