I need new tires, 2007 honda civic si
take a look here, http://www.tires-easy.com/ ... you may find something at a good price, good luck ...
Search a tire site based by price and performance/seasonality. I would recomend Toyo Proxes 4's if you would wana spend a lil extra money cuz they are about 120ish per tire, but im sure there are good ones out there for cheaper.
Talk to a local tire store, the guys there can recomend a good tire, or just give you the cheapest tire that will fit on your car. Either works.

Proxes 4s are great tires but I don't think they will last very long. I have them, and I don't see mine lasting any longer than my stock A/S (25k miles).
Hey OP, if you want useful feedback, you need to specify more than just 'cheap' tires. What kind of driving, climate/weather conditions in your area, etc, etc.
Yeah you need to be more specific. Just to give you a quick reply and you could check them out, Kuhmo Ecsta ASX is a ultra high performance all season tire that is great bang for the buck. They are $86ea plus shipping from TireRack. I have had them on three cars and they have been great.
