Icon6 Acura Integra LS

My Radiator fans have not been turning on which is causing my engine to over heat dump coolant into the overflow and when the overflow gets full it has alittle leak under the care around the area of the overflow.

1. i have changed the radiator
2 rad hoses
3 thermostat and sensor
4 i also have checked all the relays everything works fine in the ecu when i take the relay out and put a wire on the 2 ends the fans work. when i put direct power the the wires the come off of the sensor they work.

when i drive my fans do not kick in when the car gets to operating temperature. my car then starts to overheat i have done everything that i have read on forums and nothing has worked yet.

any help

This should've led you in the direction of replacing the relay. If you bypass the relay and they work then it should have something to do with the relay.

Test all lines running to the relay: the one to switch it on and the one that runs to the fans.

One possibility is a slight leak in the head gasket. It can pump compression into the coolant and overflow the radiator into the recovery tank.I have had a few Civics do it.Dont mean to scare you but it can happen even with no visable coolant in your oil.
