No Power In Motor
I have a B18C1 CTR piston B16 Head (so I was told) I not a tuner I don't know what the problem is.
I had a p73 ECU was running fine, but it had no power like I can't feel it like i did before when i had a p28 chipped dyno'd. The P28 burnt out so i went to the P73.
So i decided to buy the normal GSR ecu P72 and gave that a try, Lost more power. Back to P73. Any idea where to check for problem? Like weak as in when I'm in motion giving it gas i hear a knock like noise but its not consistant. Only heard when I'm pushing it to go. No idea ask me question to help answer my question. PLEASE HELP!

bump for this guy, did you notice this change right after you changed the ecu, i mean you will def feel a difference between a bone stock ecu and a dyno'd one. But it sounds like your problem is a little more than that do you have any cels
BTW Read this thread before you post next time https://honda-tech.com/forums/showthread.php?t=2407755 99% of the people that post on here need help so a title like that is pointless and is hurting your chances of having people who actually know what they are talking about help you

Isn't the P73 an LS ECU? No VTEC...unless you are running a controller.
I don't have the time to check, but overall, it doesn't sound like your compression is too high with that set-up. Maybe check your ignition timing?

I thought P73 was a USDM Type R Ecu. Not sure. My motor is B18C1 block, B16 Head, CTR Piston. Uhm I don't think Vtec kicks in at all. Maybe just needs a Dyno Tune?
Anyone Know a great Dyno Tuner in Southern California, Near Garden Grove or Westminister Area? Let me know Thanks.
