Icon3 b18 motor ceased up. what could it be?

im going to tell the whole story for details:
i was driving pretty agressively tonight and something devistating happened. i was braking and trying to downshift into third but my third is going out so it wouldnt go in right away. i finally got it to engage and the motor started to sputter and hesitate something ive never heard before. i pulled over and it was running very rough and inconsistent and stalled in 10 seconds after pulling over. i let it sit for a second and tried to start it and it turned over but didnt fire up. i popped the hood and tried to start it and when i did smoke poured out from umnderneath the motor. i let it sit and it started up really rough again and my brother gave it some gas to keep it alive. i tried to start it again to drive to the gas station 500 yards away. white smooked pour out again after 2 seconds of it turning over. the next time i tried it turned over for a second then locked up. nothing was leaking at first and then some gas was leaking out from underneath my battery where my intercooler runs. i put it in first and tried to bump start it from like 5mph and the tires just skidded. i ended up pushing it 500 yards to the gas station and had my cousin come pick me up and then got pulled over for a rolling stop and he got a ticket. a terrible night and i dont know what is wrong with my turbo 91 ls sitting at a speedway. pleasee help me any input is greatly appreciated.

check the timing belt and also drop your oil pan to see if you spun a bearing.

if smoke is coming out then your burning something...if its your timing belt then your motor wouldnt start...im sure you blew your motor....

open it up and see whats wrong with it...only way to find out whats wrong with it...and all the damage done to it....i would drain your oil first to see if there are metal shavings...and take off your valve cover to inspect..anything is possible at this moment

my timing belt is in great condition its perfectly in time and all my cams look good and lubricated.

so i was looking around and i saw that my starter snapped in half right where it connects. so thinking it locked up might be false cause it wasnt turning cause the starter was hanging there not on the flywheel.

run a oil pressure gauge. its better to be safe than sorry. its a zero clearence motor so if your timing belt broke your pistons would slam into your valves. not good. haha
