Default 50 shot nos kit on b16... safe or not?

thinking about putting a 50 shot dry kit on my b16 civic. I just want a little more power when I feel like given it hell. Here is the question..... Is all the myths about nos I hear true? will it kill my engine? Why is it so much worse then turbo? just looking for a little insight thanks

If your going to tell me to search then just **** off

b/c dry shots suck, you are basically stuffing a bunch more air in the cylinder w/o anymore fuel. a properly tuned and setup nitrous setup is a different story. IMO its less popular than turbo / ect b/c of the bottle fill cost, but thats just a theory really.

i say you just boost it and then you have the power all the time when you need it. Much cheaper in the long run. Plus you dont have that thought of just changing a couple jets and your now at 75 shot or 100 shot.

ok retard your timing 5 degress, and run one step colder plugs, also you need a wet kit unless you have an aftermarket ecu like hondata that will add fuel for you,... just buy a wet kit
