Testing Waters: Turbonetics t3/t4 54trim .63a/r turbo (BAD SEALS)

I have a GARRETT (not Turbonetics) t3/t4 54trim .63a/r Journal Bearing Turbo that I'm looking to use in a trade with someone. How much should I value it at?

The Bad
The Turbo has bad seals from running -4an lines (I'm thinking that with a restrictor someone might be able to get away with using this on the current seals)

The Good
No Shaft Play and used for 10k miles.

On top of this does anyone know how much the seals would be to replace?

wat you looking to trade for???? is it ball bearing???? journal bearing???? seals shouldn't be that much......

I'm trading it for a tranny but expect to put some money on top. It's a journal bearing. So how much do you think it would cost to send it out for new seals?
