Default rear sits too low -- causes?

94 civic hatch--After many years I noticed that the rear sits 1 inch lower than the front. I replaced the old suspension with new Tokiko Illumina shocks and springs. Now the car is lower, but the rear still sits 1 inch lower than the front. So then I replaced the rear lower control arms and no change. I noticed that the trailing arm bushings are totally shot. I will replace these, but I'm wondering if this would cause the height difference or if there are other possible causes I should address? Any way to fix this?

Any advice is much appreciated!

Stereo system? Only the stock speakers. There is no extra weight in the back. Trunk is empty.
