O so ive searched everywhere with no results.. this is a noob question but ive never had to open a dizzy up before. I need to swap my coils out but i dont now what they are lol and i dont know how. any pics and help would be appreciated.

 

Coils you mean coil is the large unit

autozone.com has a manual specific to your Civic/CRX that gives the steps for doing this, probably with drawings or photos. This is one of the easier newbie repairs. The last page of http://media.honda.co.uk/car/owner/m...H200/16-48.pdf may also be helpful.
