89 HF or DX?
Ok searched the forums a bit and not seeing any exceptions
I recently purchased 89 HF, a lot of the parts on the car where swapped with a 90-91 si according to the original owner, hatch, rear lights, bumpers dash etc.
My door frame sticker shows a curb weight of 2048, that of a 89 DX, but the car does not have door mounted seat belts it has pillar, like a 89 HF is supposed to.
Can you swap the doors and mount the seat belts to the pillar?
The seats have not been modified as far as I know; the seatbelt ends mount to the frame not the seats like in my other 89 DX
The pink slip shows 1989 HF isn’t that data pulled from the VIN?
so any ideas?

If it is an HF the 8th position on your VIN will be a 6.
