Default Idle problems - screw fell down manifold (was: Need help please)

my car was having idle problems. i found a crew in the manifold and started to tight it up. the crew when down the manifold after tighting it. after that. my car doesnt go to 3000 to 4000 rpm no more. now it goes to 1000 and 2000 rpm. wat else can be wrong?1990 Acura integra ls. b16a swap. vtec

he means the screw on the TB...

but to the OP look around for vacuum leaks...

could be a idle air control valve (iacv)...i have a 95' gsr n my idle hits about 3,200rpm. not sure if 2nd gen throttles are the same concept. google around looking for a way to bypass the the idle without replacing the valve.. ive heard of some people putting a piece of paper that acts as a filter to bypass it. i heard it lasts for a year till it has to be replaced again...

i dont think there is a vaccum leak. i looked around aready. wat about the sensors that connect with the "y" vaccum hose
