B18 throttle body on DOHC ZC?

Will a B18 throttle body work on a dohc zc motor? If so will it allow any kind of gain what so ever? Idc if its 1-2 HP.. just want some Hp and throttle response.

You'd gain more HP and throttle response out of a descent tune.
