no it is not. all it does is makes your highbeam plug and play and it has 2 wires to wires your fogs and city light. i called them and asked if it would work with my OEM HID front end and they said yes "plug and play" and it wasnt

JDM 98 GSR is right, it does not have the wire for the low beam (HID) but you can easily add another wire. When I did my headlights I bought a similar harness from them that didn't come with the black plug. I pulled two wires out of my old connectors and added them to the new connectors. In my wiring thread it has a walk through of how to do it.

For me it was because my plugs were messed up and the wires were hacked so I decided to start over. If you have decent plugs and can find the extra gold connector then I wouldn't buy the connectors from PW JDM.

I bought the harness. Thought it was a total waste of money.

wiring the headlights and everything is alot easier then people think if you sit down and look at the headlights and your car youll be fine. im using the harness for my high beam, fogs and city light and i just wired my oem hid's myself so i would say it wasnt a total waste
