Default Few ?'s on my newly purchased swaped ef.

Ok, so i just recently bought a 91 ef hatch (canadian body) it has a b18a1. (no CEL) But here are my ?'s, i am fairly new to hondas. I was told that the motor is a 93 which i know is obd1 but the car was not converted it is running off of a pr4-a02 ecu, now i noticed on the bracket which holds the throttle cable it says p75 which from what i have found is the obd1 b18 but on the right side of the head directly below the valve cover it says pr4...which from what i have found is obd0. Now is there a definate way to tell the difference on wether it is obd0 or obd1? An also i purchased a pr4 ecu which i was told was chipped, an when i plugged it in an tried to start up the CEL stays on an so does the red led in the glass window of the ecu. Now the car goes to turn over but then just shuts off...any suggestions? The car runs fine with the stock pr4-a02 but i think the timing might be slightly off would that keep the ecu from working?

the new ecu is junk if the light stays on, could have been soldered wrong or a bad chip or socket. motors are not any obd, just the sensors are different,(the same b18 can be run obd0 or 1 or 2 it will just need different sensors and components) you are running a obd0 setup which is fine, dont worry about obd or what year the block is, it doesnt matter.

Ok, thanks alot on the reply that helps alot, i was thinking i would lose out not using the proper ecu, as far as buying aftermarket parts such as ignition an such will that be effected by the obd?
