nope it DOES NOT!! sedan hood is different coupe/hatch same hood.

According to majestic honda the hoods are not interchangeable do to the fact they have different part numbers.
2 door # 106218
4 door # 107813

sedan hood is longer.

sure, it'll work and bolt down to the coupe and secure in place. but you're going to have an 'over bite' look on the car with the hood as it'll hang over the headlights & bumper.
