89' LS... starts sometimes..sometimes doesnt..

89' LS... starts sometimes..sometimes doesnt..
my 89' LS will start when it feels like it lol.
the motor is strong, put in a new distrib, ignition modulator, alternator, battery.
could there be something wrong with the ecu?
havent popped the hood lately since the cold weather...
please hit me back..
