MIL CEL scanner recomendations
Hello accord peeps; ran a search with no results
My G/F 99 Accord Check Engine light came on. I found the connector but the service manual says that I have to get a OBD scanner. Is there any that you guys recommend??
1) Is it possible to short the 99 accord plug without the scanner?
2) If not what brand do you guys/gals use or does it matter?
