90 rex to mpi obd1?
My buddy has a 90 crx that he purchased a y8 head and intake manifold to run.
Could he run a pm6 ecu chiped for b16 obd0? And send harness to rywire or hasport? What ecu should he run? Thanks for your replies

just convert to OBD1, run a chipped P08, and get a OBD1 dizzy. easy as that. no point in chipping a PM6 unless your boosting or going all motor on an OBD0 single cam.
you could do it that way or just convert to obd1, its not that hard or expensive. i made my own harnesses and got an obd1 ecu from my junk yard for gradas. cost me all of 130 bucks for a new dizzy. either way, a b16 ecu might be pretty expensive, but if you can find an auto ps9 out of a auto ex, that can be chipped for 1 wire vtec
Well i have a chiped pm6 ecu that says 8200 redline. So im asuming its for a b16. Just wanted to get rid of it.
I have a dizzy from a 92 vx could he use that? Im guessing not on the ecu considering its for economy vtec. And i have the vtec-e head ive heard of people running that head on a d15b block and getting crazzy compression?

If you get a PR3 or PW0, the fuel maps will be set for a DOHC motor and it will run different (worse) than with a correctly mapped SOHC ECU. We've done this in the past and tested it on a dyno (when testing different ECu chips)
