09 oem fog lights: not hard to put on!
hey guys, this is just a heads up. if anyone is thinking of putting on the oem fog lights your self it really isnt as hard as many say they are to put on. all i did was download the instructions from the hond.com website and view a video that collegehills hond put out on youtube that shows how to install them and i was good to go and put them on my self. it took me about 3 hours since it was my first time and i did everything carefully. but it really isnt that hard. just a heads up if any are thinking of doing it.....Really is better than pay almost $300
really? the dealer told me they actually had to cut out the front bumper a bit...and that seemed feasible just looking at the where it was to be mounted:

actually....is this a sedan or coupe? looked like it would be a bit more straightforward for the sedan. thought id clarify....too late for me personally, i rolled it into the financing and im getting it done friday.

yah for the sedan it looks pretty plug in play. on the coupe there's a peice of bumper that divides the opening in 2, that the foglights would go into the middle of.
but perhaps you're right....looking at the actual part it looks like maybe that divider is actually bolted in rather than part of the bumper:

so i guess the foglight assembly actually replaces it.
ahh well....$300 down the drain for me
