cluster problem: tach, coolant, fuel dont work at all

cluster problem: tach, coolant, fuel dont work at all
ok i have a 96 ex 5 speed, i put a 99 si cluster in it. i also swapped a ls/vtec into it. it runs perfectly and drives perfectly. the tach doesnt work at all it reads 0 at all times the coolant gauge dont work either and i dont believe the fuel gauge. what could be some things to cause this?
