just curious at the kind of things these b*tch a$$ theives will take . Also is it wrong to buy stolen car parts? my friend know this guy that sells them for cheap *** ( like 1/5 the price ), he told me to buy it from this guy. Although the price intrest me, I feel its kinda wrong, cos the next thing you know the a$$ hole might come and steal it again off you, so what do you guys think?

 

IMO if you've got the money to spend get the legit stuff...but if you poor like me...you've got to work with whatcha got.

Its a no win situation...no mater how you look at it. You buy the parts..the sleaze bag may come after you to rip em off again. Or worse still you have the PO PO knocking at your door with a warrant looking for the goods....even if you play dumb ( I didn't know the stuff was hot..honest ).you still have to give it up,So now you have no gear and no chance of getting the funds back that you spent on said gear...Please use your head okay. Its just not worth it.

how can you start a thread on "bitch a$$ theives" then go around and supply the demand for their actions (stealing parts from peoples cars to sell)... if no one buys stolen $hit there wouldn't be a market/demand for it... although this is never going to happen.. its still quite ironic how you can even ask a question like this... all I can say is what goes around comes around... receiving stolen property is a crime too and your feeding the demand for crime...

I was giving someone a ride early in the morning... one of my friends' friends....
and i can't believe it... they took my guitar.... swear to God.. and made it down a dark alley before i knew it was gone... .. Unbelievable...

 

one time i was in vallejo and i was somewhere, i forget where, and i gave this guy a ride to this party. i had about 1000- in my arm rest, i guess he found it and took it. phucking bastard

another time i lent out my stereo out to one of my friends. it was 2 amps ($1000-) 2 subs ($500) and me deck ($600) it all got stolen from his car. ohh i was mad. his insurance covered it though. not with out a good fight from me!

 

They stole the whole car, not just some parts. Damn thieves!

 

a stolen part has never touched my car, and never will. i work for my **** straight up...no credit card frauds or nothing...think of how you'd feel on the other end...plus you're taking someones **** that they worked their asses off for..i hate theives.

 

LAST NIGHT SOME A$$ STOLE MY SUBWOOFER and my cd's ! and my fossel watch ! and my gitlfriends wallet !!!!! i wake up this morning at like 8 when my mom comes in asking if i left my hatch open... my ghetto rigged subwoffer wires were hangin out the back end... dumb asses didnt touch the stereo or my cd player ! they knew what they wanted and took it !

All seats

Front strut bar
Valve cover/Spark plug cover

All of this over three different incidents.

I will not buy anything stolen, and I can't stand to be around people who do.

They took all my software (CD case) no music in there except for some old MP3's, left everything else, cell phone, gauges and much more that was better than some old software. It sucks because I don't have any more boot disks for windows and lost some back ups. Anyone have a copy of some boot disks for win9x with cdrom drivers?

 

man, i had my **** SET ON FIRE. a few years ago when i lived at my parents in arlington; right in front of their house.... the good ole lude....

i wake up at 4:00am with my mom violently shaking me telling me to get my *** out here right now. i run outside in nothing but my boxers and see a huge ball of flames that is/was my car. you know how you feel all delirious in the middle of the night when you wake up? well.. everything i was seeing was so surreal i seriously said to myself, "ohh.. well this is just a dream" looked at the ground.. tried to wake up... nope.

I had my stereo stolen while it was at Just Brakes (i know.. ) That was pretty funny.. The guy gives me my keys, i go get in my car, walk right back in the shop, "sooo.... whatd you do with the stereo?" the guys face was priceless.

thats about it...

havent had anything happen to the teg yet (knock on wood)

ill try to find those pictures of the car burning at me mams house.. theyre pretty crazy.. nothing but a metal frame was left. ...they ended up finding my check book (which was in the car) on Beach street in Ft.Worth about 2 months later... thats the only followup thats happened. if anyone in dfw heard about some dudes f'n around settin cars on fire, let me know.

I just recently got jacked for my wings west kit on my 89 hatch. They busted to keyholes and still couldn't get in my car. They had to rip off my front, rear, and door caps. They were able to screw off the side skirts. The bastards did it in front of my house. They were kind enough to leave the screws on the curb.
