d16z6 transmission problems

will a s48a d15b automatic transmission work for a d16z6??

i'm not sure if wiring is going to be different, but it should bolt right on

the transmissions are really diferent like the dip stick is on the back of the stock and in front on the s48a tranny and the trany lines are different also will this matter
