Default intake manifold flange i whiped up today

it started as a 16"x4"x1" chunk of 6061-T6 , i made alot of chips :D
this is for 99 miata head.still needs some minor portmatching

its only .550" thick, its gonna warp some during welding, i left the .050 to resurface it after the runners are done. a stock flange is around that thickness , no injector bungs

I'd at least radius the corners and chamfer the edges, doesn't really take anymore time and you don't have to worry about cuttin yourself on the edges.

i did this all by hand, with the exeption of the holes, i pick those up using save point(easy trak). it would been a pain in the *** to cnc this at the shop i work at cause our ez trak has a head spacer so we can fit v8 blocks on it, anytime you do thin plate work right off the table i have a hard time getting the cutter down low enough, so i have to use riser blocks and long *** cutters. i may radius the square corners.
