my boy just got an 89 Lude 2.0si with the 4-wheel steering, he wants to fix it up, but I can't hardly find any aftermarket for it. Anybody know where I can find some parts for it? Also, what kind of engine would be a good swap? H22? B18? Any help would be appreciated.

http://www.ptuning.com for other performance parts. your best bet is to get someone to do a custom cat back exhaust, you won't find one anywhere that i know of. get a dc sports header and an intake, timing gears and better suspension. if you want the most power out of that motor, get the turbo from ludespeed with the fuel upgrade.

 

who would buy and 89 prelude? then think they are going to make it fast.

 

why buy a civic with less hp, less tq, and less displacement and think it will go fast?

i OWNED two of them, and i know more about this car than you ever will. i took em apart and put em back together like cake so don't even go there. yeah they're slow stock but mine ran 13's and i spent less money on it than i did on my civic (swap,bolt-ons,etc.). if you don't know what you're talking about then i suggest you don't talk at all.
