EF9 SiR Rear Bumper Questions?

Icon2 EF9 SiR Rear Bumper Questions?
I am thinking about buying the JDM EF9 Rear bumper. Will I need the Rear Bumper filler as well to fit or will it bolt up with the USDM?

It will bolt up but there will be a gap between the bumper and filler piece. For perfect fitment just get the jdm filler.
