PREASURE in COOLING SYSTEM? whats CAUSING IT ??
ok, i have bleeded my cooling system, and still have preasure,
what are some of the things that can cause air in the cooling system ??
theres no white smoke from exhaust so i dought its headgasket.
motor if fully rebuilt so all seals+gaskets are replaced ?

Your cooling system is supposed to be pressurized. I just swapped out my motor and it took almost 45 minutes to get the majority of the air out of my cooling system.
A bad head gasket won't always produce white smoke in the exhaust. But yeah, first try bleeding the cooling system and also possibly swap in a new radiator cap.
ok so i took of rad cap and started car and letting it run,
so my oipinion is im getting preasure crank into system ?,
this is d16a6 block and d16z6 head
also installed metal gasket.

ok i bleede it the radiator cap way and let it run for 45 minutes fan turned on 4 times, at the end looked like no bubboles came out,
ok if still i get air bubble preasure what is the posibole causes ?

hondas are pretty easy to bleed if its still overheating and dumping into the overflow after you have replaced the cap its either still holding a air pocket or your hg is not seated properly and combustion vapors are pressurizing the system

what kind of mix are you running with the coolant/water?
when you bleed the system you take the radiator cap off and let it run for a while right?
so once you get it bled, you make sure the level is correct when the coolant is COLD, then put the radiator cap on and run it. you say its not overheating so the problem is that you are still getting bubbles in the coolant?
im gonna agree, leakdown test is the next step. it will tell you if you have a leak and where it is.

im no leaking coolant, and after bleeding i havent een many bubbles because i havent drove it that much, but there was a way better idle lower like 700 and smoother. we will c but the only other cause is hd or leak right ? not a thermostat or sensor?
NOTHING is wrong with your car. A cooling system builds pressure. It supposed to have pressure in the system when it gets to operating temp or gets on the warm side. If your cars not over heating or running hot or leaking coolant than nothing is seen abnormal here.
^^^thank you guy above me! and u should bleed the system with the little bleeder bolt by where the top hose goes into the block... removing the radiator cap only doesnt remove the air bubbles... with the car off and cool take off the radiator cap and loosen the bleeder bolt and tighten it when u dont see no more bubbles, then put on rad cap and turn it to first lock and let car warm up (2 fan cycles), and then add any oolant as necessary.
