I need to replace my outer window trim that sits horizontally above the door. To access the piece, it looks I have to remove the mirror and the verticle plastic peice. Any ideas on how to remove that verticle plastic piece (sits vertically above door handle) ?

I have an RSX, but seems like honda designed these pieces the same for civics/integras

Jk, take a picture, I have no idea what you're talking about. Try looking for bolts/screws, then gently popping it out

 

the trim the separates the window from the door. Look at your door...from the bottom... go up and its the first trim you see in the middle.

I think I can take it out by removing he mirror and sliding that trim out towards the mirror

 

Oh that thing. I've cut my finger open like 5 times trying to pop it out. It's held on by clips and 1 screw I think (at least on my EF). You will also probably break some clips

 

the b pillar covers.
