Replaced plugs and found oil on threads of 2 & 3 - awesome.
Yeah, so how bad is it? I think I go through about 2 quarts of oil in an oil change, but I tend to wind it up a lot. When I changed my plugs I had just come back from a quick romp and had gotten on it pretty hard only a minute before I parked it. There wasn't a lot of oil on the threads, but there was definitely oil. Tube seals and valve cover gasket are good. I haven't had a valve adjustment in a year or two. I recently went back to stock airbox from a short-ram. Head-gasket was redone a year or two ago by someone I trust.

try a leak down test if the pressure drops put a little bit of oil in the cylinder if the pressure holds then you have bad piston rings or even if the pressure doesnt drop add some oil into the cylinder if the pressure is higher than before it is again the piston rings if you do all that and the pressure stays the same then it is most likely your valve seals the bad news is that over head cams start burning oil thru the seals around 100,000-130,000 and just gets worse as time goes on like i have 215,000 on mine but i have lucked out it isnt super bad but i am busy building my other head if it is the seals buy honda one they last longer than any after market one i have used before
