Hey
Needing a header soon, something similar to the toda version 2 b16 perhaps.
I have seen a couple of copies, but they are the large tube versions right?
So there are the small tube hytech's, rage etc .... and their replicas etc etc
Problem with the tri Y headers etc is clearance... i have an ef chassis, crappy roads (im in the uk ) and soft-ish front suspension...
Any recommendations ? I was going to buy an original toda header, however due to the yen exchange rate and uk ( and world ) financial situations , the toda is a lot more than before..... and expensive to import..... Finding one secondhand over here is pretty much impossible...
So any suggestions ? Like i said above, ground clearance is an issue ! I don't really want to spend more than $900, BUT that should include postage AND cover any tax etc.... so im probably looking at headers retailing around $700....
The toda in the uk costs like over $1200 now .....

im not goign to make a suggestion to you. but i will say that i was standing there when a stock B16 in a crx gained 17hp from a hytech replica with the exhaust unhooked which is ridiculous from a 145hp motor. everyones saying toda toda toda but, i would search for dyno sheets. fvck asking anyone on a forum anymore, they are just going to regurgitate something they read 3 threads ago these days.

Well , i have not really come across any dyno's with built b16's with toda headers?
Sure plenty of guys with hytech's....
thats all good, but like in the first post, the hytech sits too low !!!
May try the spfab one.
A brand new toda 1.8 dc2 version header has come up here for cheap...... wonder if it would be poinltess getting the 1.8 header, the tube sizes are probably a little bigger than i need.
Any opinion on that ^ ?
