Default Clutch problems (launching)

equipment: ys1 cable tranny, b series pressure plate, 90-91 throw out bearing, 92+ clutch disc (all from clutch specialties)

scenario im having a hard time making 7k+ rpm launches because the car starts to move/lurch with the rpms so high. ive tried playing around with the cable tightness and i currently have it all the way tightened and still have that problem. im not sure if its related, but i originally bought the clutch package for a 90-91 integra and had the disc swapped to 92+. im still using the old 90-91 t/o bearings. is this the problem or the throw out bearings the same?

also on a maybe related note, sometimes i have a hard time upshifting into 3rd or 4th at high rpms. it always grinds 3rd but i know the tranny snychros are still good. any ideas?

how much does the car move forward? If it just creeps a little bit, hold the ebrake up at the line. If it really moves forward a lot, there are some other issues going on
