The Meagan header you posted in the OP is "ok", but made of a cheaper SS that pits and ages much faster. The 2nd post of the no name crap isn't any better.

"Shop around" for a "deal"! That's what i did. Last year i picked op one of the best quality header names Edelbrock from Summit Racing. I paid only $129, which is less than that ebay auction lol
Then, last fall another deal, found a brand new SS Apex-I header, that one cost me $149, also a very well built and quality part, much better than that ebay crap.

Another option worth looking at is buying used if your on a budget. Get a quality name for a bargin, there are many sources to find these.
