Default Zeal coilovers....Question

I'm looking at buying a set of used Zeil coilovers. How would I know if they are in good shape besides apperance? If I find one is blown, where would I get it rebuilt? and what is the cost of rebuilding them. Thanks in advance, any input is greatly appreciated.

Probably 100 a shock and you'd have to send em to Japan. Honestly, I though Zeal was the **** before, but really, valved pretty harsh and seem to blow fairly often. For the price, there is much better. Personally, Ive been on basically every jdm coilover and the best I've been on is my Buddy Club racing spec dampers!
