New(to me) set of messed up ITR wheels...what to do?

New(to me) set of messed up ITR wheels...what to do?
I just got a set of ITR wheels...
They are in terible condition... ithink they are from a CW ITR... but i cant really tell....
Now the question, what should i do....
should i powder coat them GM, CW, or remove all of the paint and keep them the natural alum. look?
I might wanna put them on my CRV...lol... really.

i meant messed up as in lots of spray paint...and set in brake dust...
they were used as auto-x / winter wheels.
...But i think i will get my buddy at Sears to put them on the balancer...
