alright i am in the middle of doin my ls/vtec conversion and just picked up a p73-023 ecu. one of my buddies told me he thought that in 2000 2001 teggs that they dont look for a knock sensor. so i need to know if it does or not before i waste time wiring in a knock sensor or waste money sending out the ecu to get it reprogrammed. i have been searching for this info for a week now and havent found anything so please help me out. oh and if anyone has a obd2 b16 distributor forsale i need one.

 

that's a late JDM type r ecu. they also have knock sensors.

 

thanks thats what i figured i think im just goin to send the ecu in and get it programmed not to look for the knock sensor to much of a hassel buyin the sensor and drilling in my block
