Omnipower sway bar & brace kit
Hey guys,
I recently picked up the discontinued omni-power sway bar & subframe brace kit for 92-95 Civic & 94-00 Integra, and I am having issues with the install.
Basically the swaybar hits my aftermarket exhaust and will not allow me to mount the sway bar to the brace. The brace installed perfectly to the sub frame, but when I try to mount the swaybar via the "D" brackets, the swaybar contacts my exhaust.
Is this a known issue? Or did someone sell me the wrong swaybar, possibly for an EK civic instead? I've tried to search this topic, but it seemed like omni-power sway bar/brace kits were not popular. Tried to contact omni-power direct but have not heard back from them for over a week.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.

really, really stupid question, that I hope you do not take as insult. Are you putting the sway bar in correctly?
I know it sounds odd but I've seen it done, a certain tech I know put the rear sway bar in upside down (with the hump running UNDER the diff instead of over it) on his own Excursion. It fit and installed and even worked other than making a clunk on cornering. Odd things.

it's your exhaust. What brand exhaust do you have? Because most quality brands usually mimic the factory size/installation, but obviously the tip will be different.

The tip? What tip are you referring to? If you are talking about the exhaust canister tip, then the sway bar mounts underneath where the exhaust piping curves to clear the LCA, not anywhere near the tip.
