hi i have a crx b16 turbo converted to obd1

i have been running this setup for about three months and have never had a check engine light ever

today i was driving around and it thre check engine codes 9 14 and 17

one is no1 cyl position sensor
one is vss
and the other is iacv


what could have cause all three codes to be throw at the same time
