Most of my motor mounts rubber inserts are trashed. Think a set of insert will do?

 

They will help quite a bit, but a junk mount is a junk mount. Give the car you appear to have, you may have a hard time finding decent used mounts for a reasonable price. 3rd party rubber mounts will likely tear in a year if you don't drive like a granny.
