Car starts, then feels like its not getting petrol?

Car starts, then feels like its not getting petrol?
okay So here is the deal.
2002 civic. When I start my car everything is fine, I go to drive it and like the car drives then it wont go. I can gas it all the way to the floor and like nothing happens, i wait a little then it starts to go and all is fine. It's only when I first start the car up. But if i stop shut it off and put it back on its fine.
What's the deal here?
Bad fuel pump? Injectors messed up? intake sensor?
or what.
Someone help me out.
