I spoke with a guy yesterday who has an integra.
He said that as long as you have a Cat you can pass emissions with a header

I have a SR*S exhaust system which has a cat.
If i were to buy some headers, could i pass emissions?

if you really want to keep it legal buy a CARB header. edelbrock or greddy are two good choices.

 

He isn't in commiefornia so CARB does not apply.
You can pass emissions with a header. Header does not affect emissions.
