So I've searched everywhere and got bits and pieces of information, but have yet to clear the confusion. I have a CTR SRS steering wheel, installed in a 96 civic. Need the horn to work. I've read about pen clips and srs harnesses but was hoping someone could finally give me a clear answer or direct me to a easy to follow diy/instructions.

i have the helms manual and referred to it already. wasn't too helpful. could it be a faulty clockspring? is there a way to bypass the clockspring and wire directly?
