Default Auto vs Manual CV axles

Alright I have an 88 Civic HB and I'm swapping in a B18A from a 90 integra. The car I got the engine from was an automatic so I was wondering if I could use the halfshafts and intermediate shaft from that car? I plan on running a manual LS trans and just wanted to know if they will fit.

Whats up with the mid shaft? Different tranny splines or what?

i believe it wont work do to the length. i think if you try and use the auto intermed. shaft with a manual trans the splines won't fully seat into the tranny when its bolted to the block.

if its from the usdm b16a2 it will work, but only with the matching axles or 94-01 teg axles.

to the op: if you use 90-93 teg axles, you will need a 90-93 manual intermediate shaft. you can use 94-01 axles on the passenger side as well.
