The only problem with that cat is that it would change your O2 sensor placement so much that you risk, in high probability, repeated codes sush as, insuficiant convertor flow, rear O2 not switching, slow response time from post cat O2, ect. All of these codes posses the ability to greatly affect the way that the vehicle runs and give you poor gas milage as well as even risk the possibility of doing damage to the replacement cat. There may be other less expensive catallitic convertors that you can find out there but they do need to be listed as a replacement for your vehicle and not just a complete universal.
