I just bought one for $750 with only 10K, I would say 300-500 would be fair
as having it re-sealed and machined would cost you about $100 at a machine
shop. Its getting my ITR/portflow springs and Ti retainers. Fun FUn Fun

 

300-500 is quite a broad range. what do you mean by needing to get it re-sealed and machined?

 

valve seals, cam seals, make sure head isn't warped.

Got mine from Sohfast 1.5 years ago for $600 used with internals, no dist. or valve cover. Bolted it on "as is" and it ran perfectly.
