HID questions for 4th gen prelude.
ok, i just moved out to the country, and the road i gotta drive is CRAWLING with deer after 5pm. I was thinking about upgrading my headlights to give myself better visibility at night, but it doesnt look like the plug-and-play variety of HIDs are worth a ****. any ideas on what it would require to do an HID setup on a 4th generation prelude? aftermarket projector headlamp assemblies? or will stock work? i just want more light on the road, atm my low beams are FU^&(NG useless and im tired of brightlighting every other driver on the road.
any help would be appreciated.
oh, and if you could include ballpark prices that would rock.
thanks.

just get a plug and play hid kit...i have a ebay kit and its been working fine for the last year now....get 4300k - 6000k for the most light....and then 8000k-12000k for color...i have 10000k in mine cause i like the blue....
you can do a retro fit. al you need is projector, blubs, ballast and wires, and maybe some other things for mounting. retro 300-500

PnP kits are pure junk and really are not that much better than stock. Sure they put out alot of light if you stay with 4300K, but the factory halogen optics don't put the light where you need it. It's either all on the ground directly in front of the car as major hot spots, or up in the trees, or both.
