Default Visting Portland

So I'm gonna be visiting Portland for a week. I'm heading up March 12th to visit Portland State, where I hopefully be going next fall. I was wondering if there is anything going on during that time, maybe some meets or some shops to check out while I'm up there. Let me know what going on up North!

Import SS and Speed concepts are instant fail.
on a non-car related note, go to voodoo doughnuts and buy a maple baccon bar.

don't really know much about the shops, but voodoo is the place to be. it's been on like four different tv shows.

Little update here: so I will be attending Portland State in the Fall, but probably be moving up there sometime in the summer? I was wondering if I could get some opinions on some good places to live, in and around the city. I looked at a few places, but wanted to get some opinions from some other people. The closer to the shops and school the better.
