spring rate for H&R?

Default spring rate for H&R?

where can i find spring rate for H&R springs, looked thru the website, n couldn't find it

I think you'll have to find a way to contact H&R's "customer support" if they have it. IIRC H&R springs have alphanumeric codes on them but are undecipherable.

this sucks, i called their customer support, all they can tell me is that they are 25-30% stiffer than stock n they won't give out their actual rate

I only know H&R race for the Civic

8.5kg/7kg which comes out to 485lbs.Front/395lbs.Rear

are you sure about this? I have these springs on my car. They are progressive rate, so they don't feel that stiff. Also, i'm assuming that rate is for the stiffer part of the spring, not the softer initial part.

OT but that is identical to Neuspeed Race for my Civic
any relation between the two companies?

Yes, Neuspeed (back in the days) had their springs manufactured by H&R. I think their on their own now.
