Hi, need some help i have just had my type r lowered 30mm and now im getting this knocking noise from the front, not sure whats going on as the noise was not there before. it sounds almost like its the coils of the springs hitting each other????

any thoughts would be much appreciated, cheers!!

what did you lower it with? Who installed it?

 

are ep3 strut mounts keyed like on some makes?

if you do not line up the key then it will be noisey if it has them
