Can someone explain to me how you install them? Been searching here and on the web and I can't find nothing...... I have some installation instructions but I can't make head or tail about it.... the instructions or in Japan.......

 

i think i have 99-00 instructions, i assume that the wiring would be identicle but the fog lamps themselves would be different (mounting and stuff)
