injectors not grounding????

injectors not grounding????
well i put a ls/vtec in my 96 ex and the injectors arent grounding. i put some dsm 450s in with inline resistors 10 watt 10 ohm. they are getting power but there not grounding out. what is the problem?

the ground is actually the signal that the ECU sends to the injector for it to fire. it will always have a +12V signal. How are you trying to measure the ground signal?

there is no signal/ground from the ecu. i put a test light on the pos on the battery and had someone try to start it and the light didnt even flicker.
